First of all, the entire team at ISM would like to thank everyone who let us know how we’re doing and took time to fill out Sage’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. We can’t stress how immensely helpful this is to us. THANK YOU!
By listening to your feedback, and making changes that you told us were necessary, we more than doubled our Customer Satisfaction Score this year. We are continually making advances in the services we provide to you; the results of the Customer Satisfaction Survey reinforce our stance that we’re moving in the right direction, providing you with even better value, business consultation, software support and more. We plan to keep this trend continuing in the years to come!
