Connect with your Support Representative

You will be asked to download and execute a small component which will create the link between the computers. You can end the session at any time, and once you do the piece you downloaded is no longer available to any programs.

Your representative may ask to share your screen. This allows us to see your screen and move your mouse, as if we were sitting at your workstation. You can end this at any time.
