Support

Your ability to get the most out of any business management tool or network is greatly enhanced by the customer support behind the product.

With highly trained support technicians, ISM’s customers are assured they will get responsive support from a knowledgeable source.

We provide on-site, remote access, Internet (via GoToAssist) and phone support.  We also provide our clients links to download the latest patches and updates from Sage Software and Microsoft through the ISM Knowledgebase.

Our Microsoft and Sage Software certified technicians are committed to offering the most proficient service in the industry.  Keeping current with all migration paths and certifications, you can be certain we will keep your business tools working at their optimum level.

Sometimes questions cannot be answered over the phone.  Instead we provide a secure web-based screen-sharing solution called GoToAssist.  With GoToAssist we can remotely view and control your computers to provide support from anywhere.
