The position we have open is with our Custom Solutions team that specializes in Ecommerce sites for clients throughout the nation on the Sage MAS 90/MAS 200 ERP Solution.

Building on our history as the leader of the pack for Ecommerce and Sage MAS 90 ERP, we are forging ahead with an offering for this client base that gives them options and features in a fully integrated solution unlike what they have previously been able to attain.

What will you be doing?

We’re looking for an outgoing programmer experienced in analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of ecommerce sites. ISM is a Microsoft shop that builds sites for clients running on Microsoft servers and IIS. This key individual will be part of a team of that interacts with business users, other ISM team members and business partners.

This person will be called upon to provide expert opinions and recommendations but must be able to function within the structure of the team and focus on the company’s and clients’ goals and objectives. You will be expected to interact via phone, web and in‐person with clients and business partners of all levels of technical knowledge.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a seasoned ASP.NET/VB.NET UI Web Developer with professional experience to perform the following responsibilities:

• Demonstrable abilities in detailed architectural analysis, design, modeling and documentation for VB.NET & ASP.NET Ecommerce sites.
• Must be able to communicate in both writing and orally component design models to other team members and clients.
• Must possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting ability that will be used to diagnose issues in staging and production web environments.
• Extensive experience with the ASP .NET applications based on .NET Framework 2.0 and higher
• Experience using Subversion source control and related SVN Clients (i.e. Tortoise SVN and AnkhSVN for Visual Studio)
• Ability to participate and contribute in peer code reviews
• Intermediate to Experienced Competency in Visual Studio
• Experience creating custom controls for ASP.NET
• Web Services
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills
• General understanding of/experience in IIS, DNS and SMTP Configuration

Additional Skills not required, though experience in these areas are always a plus

• ASPDotNetStoreFront development/modification
• HTML 5, CSS3, AJAX, JQuery
• Experience with Virtualization (XenServer, VMWare, Virtual PC)
• UI Web Design/XML Skinning
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Fireworks
• Mobile Application Development
• Familiarity with RedGate
• IIS, DNS and SMTP Configuration Experience
• Experience with proper software versioning methodologies

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ professional ASP.NET/VB.NET web development work experience required.
• Documentation, communication, interpersonal and time‐management skills required.
